The Management of Collection Attorneys Europe has been carrying out commercial debt collections in Belgium for more than two decades. We act on behalf of listed multinationals as well as medium-sized and small enterprises. We respond to the needs of manufacturers and wholesalers, branch organisations, credit insurers and factoring companies. We join forces with international collection agencies, attorneys and bailiffs and offer them expertise and support in their daily collection activities. 
 
We operate on a contingency fee basis (NO COLLECTION / NO FEE) for claims even as little as 100 EUR.

Our clients may choose between SOFT or HARD COLLECTION , for both of them we provide  a suitable procedure:
 
- Creditors want us to start the collection process with pre-litigation efforts during which we will send dunning letters and make phone calls in order to find a solution or,
 
- they want us to start immediate legal action which is inexpensive and extremely effective in Belgium.
 
That is the reason why , unless we receive instructions to the contrary, we file law suits within days after receiving the claim . We either obtain complete payment from the debtor or carry out a court order for payment without delay.
